About Manatees. Manatees are peaceful creatures that need our protection. My Dad says watch out for their laser beam eyes but that is not true and you don't have to worry. They do not have tusks and leap from the water to grab their victems by the neck. They eat grass and live in the water.

Go Manatees! Do YOU love manatees? If you say that you have no clue what manatees are, then this is the right website to find out about them. Manatees are gray, they have two flippers( which have toenails on them), are distant relatives of the elephant and have blunt faces. One of the cutest features of a manatee is the whiskers on their faces.If in the second sentance you said you loved manatees this is also the website for you.Why?Because I love manatees and will do my best to keep you posted on manatees being released into the wild and other things that might intrest you.
